Selected clips from a historic documentary that tells the amazing true story of a nineteenth century Canadian girl who ran away from home disguised as a travelling Bible salesman and fought in the American Civil War as Private Frank Thompson of the Second Michigan Volunteer Infantry Company F.

A starkly emotional dance piece choreographed and danced by Peggy Baker, in duet with cellist Shauna Rolston, performing music composed by Juno Award-winner Chan Ka Nin.
