Developing Personal Strengths

In this session, we use the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI) which measures an individual's value system both when things are going well, and when the person is in conflict. Whereas many other tools measure behaviour, the SDI explores the motivations and values that underlie those behaviours – why we behave the way we do. The SDI® was developed by Dr. Elias H. Porter.

The applications of the SDI are many, including building awareness of self and others, leadership development, team building, conflict management, and dispute resolution or mediation.

This is an excellent tool to help you understand your own motivations, as well as those of your team members – when things are going well, as well as when you are in a conflict situation.

What will your group learn to do together?

  • Provide an opportunity for you to explore your own relating style
  • Learn to handle conflict through team discussions
  • Build more effective and valuable personal relationships

3 – 4 hours*: $1,500
5 – 7 hours*: $2,500

Number of participants: 5 to 25 (larger groups require price estimate)
