Main box office: noon – 5 p.m., Tuesday thru Saturday
Downtown Ticket Outlet: noon – 6 p.m., closed Mondays (in-person sales only)
On ticketed performance days, the main box office will remain open until performance time. If there is a ticketed performance on a Sunday, Monday or a holiday, the main box office will open at least three hours prior to the scheduled performance.
Location
The main box office is located in the lobby of the Eric Harvie Theatre at The Banff Centre. The Eric Harvie Theatre is located on St.-Julien Way.
Our downtown ticket outlet is located at the Old Crag Cabin in the Bison Courtyard, 211a Bear Street.
The Banff Centre Box Office is a Ticketmaster outlet and does in-person sales for any Ticketmaster Canada event.
Public Events Ticket Information
Tickets for Banff Centre events can be purchased through the box office and for most events, through any Ticketmaster outlet in Canada.
On Line: Tickets for most Banff Centre events can be purchased on line at www.ticketmaster.ca.
By Phone: Call us at 1.800.413.8368 or 403.762.6301 to book your tickets over the phone by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We will either mail your tickets to you or have them ready for you at the box office on the night of the event.

In Person: Visit us in the lobby of the Eric Harvie Theatre (located on St. Julien Way) during regular business hours or at the venue box office one hour prior to the event (subject to availability of course).
