Banff Summer Arts Festival
Every summer, The Banff Centre welcomes to its programs emerging and established professional artists from across Canada and around the world who create the Banff Summer Arts Festival. Their creative energy and high octane enthusiasm becomes supercharged in the high altitude and brisk mountain air of Banff National Park.
The Banff Centre is grateful to the Government of Canada and the Government of Alberta and to the many corporations, foundations, and individuals who generously support our programs and participants. Because of this support, The Banff Centre is able to showcase many of its programs and participants during the Banff Summer Arts Festival.
The Banff Centre’s supporters are recognized on the annual donor wall in the Eric Harvie Theatre and in an annual published list of supporters. Named funds that were created in order to provide support for faculty, master artists, fellowships, and scholarships are, as applicable to the summer programs, listed in the Festival house programs.
