The Banff Centre receives “Best of the West” honour
The Banff Centre’s conference facilities have been chosen by readers of Meetings West magazine as one of the top 50 properties in the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico.
Readers of the magazine, many of whom are the top national meeting planners in North America, were asked to choose their favourite properties, considering the quality of meeting space, guest rooms, the efficiency and helpfulness of staff, food and beverage, guest services and amenities, high tech services and equipment, recreational facilities and activities, and the overall value of the experience. They chose properties they had used within the last two years.

In 2004, The Banff Centre was recognized for overall excellence in conference services with two prestigious awards. Smart Meetings Magazine and Successful Meetings Magazine both chose The Banff Centre for awards for outstanding conference services and facilities.
