Dusty Demerson: Priorities
“The former mining town turned ski town of Crested Butte, Colorado, displays many remnants of times past and its inhabitants’ pastimes. I found it visually interesting that skis are kept safely indoors, while tools live outside. After all, we mountain folk do have our priorities.”
Dusty Demerson has shared space with other Crested Butte, Colorado, residents since 1987. As a full-time photographer, Demerson photographs landscapes of the American West and specializes in family portraiture. He is represented by the Rijks Family Gallery in Crested Butte and the 13 Photography Gallery in Grand Junction, Colorado.
