Ted Horbulyk
Ted Horbulyk, PhD, PAg, is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Calgary. He is former co-editor of the Canadian Journal of
Agricultural Economics and recipient of the Soil and Water Conservation Society’s Berg Fellowship in Conservation Policy. Horbulyk has analyzed the
economics of water allocation and water quality, including the application of tradable water rights and water pricing mechanisms to surface and
groundwater in Canada and abroad. Professor Horbulyk is a Network Investigator in the NCE Canadian Water Network. Horbulyk’s work in Guatemala is
made possible by the Central American Water Resource Management Network, funded by the Canadian International Development Agency under their
Tier 1 Competition for University Partnerships in Cooperation and Development. |
