Maureen Lynch
Maureen Lynch is an environmental communicator who is
currently working with the Alberta towns of Okotoks, Black
Diamond and Turner Valley to monitor ecosystem changes and
ensure that local policies are compatible with sustainable
community values.
Maureen is an award-winning Accredited
Business Communicator with more than 15 years of experience,
including work with Southam Communications Inc., Walt Disney
World, U.S. National Park Service, Environment Canada,
Canadian Nature Federation, Alberta Parks and Protected
Areas, Alberta Sustainable Resource Development, and Alberta
Environment.
Maureen holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism
from Ryerson University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from
the University of Waterloo and is currently pursuing a
Bachelor of Environmental Studies with the University of
Waterloo.
