Ruby Arngna’naaq is an artist and activist who lives in Ottawa and Baker Lake, Northwest Territories. She has a long-standing association with the Inuit Women’s Association, Pauktuutit, and is the co-director of Ikajurti, a video on Inuit midwifery and western birthing techniques.
