Contributor Banff Centre Press
A native of Calgary, Alberta, Robert Sedlack now calls Los Angeles home — except for the winter months when he retreats to a mountain cabin in Jasper to write. His African Safari Papers was released in 2001 (Anchor) and has subsequently been published in several languages. The highly acclaimed novel was short-listed for the Commonwealth Writers Prize and selected as Best Book by the Globe and Mail in 2001. His most recent work, The Horn of a Lamb was released in February 2004 to enthusiastic reviews. Currently, he is struggling to write in Los Angeles, and hoping to move to a farm in Vermont with Bel, his fiancé.
