Drop-in Classes
Our drop-in programs are designed to be welcoming for people of all fitness levels – from the beginner to advanced participant. Our team of inspiring and enthusiastic instructors will help keep you motivated and coming back for more!
There will be no drop-in programming from December 20 to January 4. Regular programming will resume on Monday, January 5.
* Please exchange your membership card or drop-in card at the recreation
desk for a wristband.
* Mats provided for both Yoga and Pilates.

Aerobics: Standard Members $2.00, Non-Members $5.50
Yoga/Pilates: Standard Members $6.00, Non-Members $10.00
Spin classes: Standard/Plus Members $10, Non-Members $12
*All drop-in classes besides the Lunchtime Spin are free to PLUS members.
Schedule may be subject to change.
Note: No fitness classes held on statutory holidays. All participants
are required to register at the reception desk before participating
in any drop in programs. If you have any health concerns, including
pregnancy or injuries, that you feel the instructor should be aware
of, please inform the instructor prior to class. Max 30 participants per
class - first come, first served. No advanced reservations.

Muscle Mania: with Sue
This 40-minute dynamic workout is perfect for those on a busy schedule
who still want a full-body workout. After a good warm-up, Sue will lead you
through a variety of innovative resistance exercises - combining muscle groups
and challenging balance and core for a full-body, time-efficient workout.
Mondays 6:15 - 7:15 pm
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: with Erin
These flow classes incorporate creative sequencing with an emphasis
On moving with fluidity and grace while enjoying a deep, sweaty practice!
This class will leave you feeling radiant, strong, calm and centered.
Tuesdays 12:00 – 1:00 pm
Intro to Ashtanga yoga primary series: with Jason
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and challenging form of hatha yoga. Each
pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements called
vinyasa, allowing the body to create heat and leading to more flexibility.
Smooth, deep breathing (ujjayi), gaze (dristi) and locks (bandhas) are synchronized
with the movements. This powerful and vigorous practice purifies and realigns
the body, cultivating a feeling of inner peace, and leading to a natural
state of meditation.

Cardio Bootcamp
Cardio Bootcamp is a dynamic workout designed to improve your aerobic
and muscular fitness! The class includes a variety of athletic choreography
including step intervals, plyometric drills, and circuit training as well
as fitness equipment.

Hatha Yoga: with Laura
Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 pm - Will re-commence effective October 1st
Stott Pilates: with JoAnne
Stott Pilates improves core strength and balances the muscles around
the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks and feels.
Develop long and lean muscles through movements that are designed to
strengthen and stretch.
Mandatory Introductory Class: If this is your first time to a Pilates class or you would like a refresher, please attend this 30-minute class from 11:30am until noon the first Wednesday of the month to learn the 5 essentials.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: with Mystee
Enjoy the power of connecting the mind, body and spirit with Vinyasa
Flow Yoga. This is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from on
to the next with emphasis on the breath. The sequence is ever changing.

Muscle Pump: with Ida
If a traditional “aerobics” class frightens you with the fancy
footwork and advanced choreography - come join Ida for a muscle conditioning
class that will push you to your limits. This class uses resistance bands,
hand weights, stability balls, creative exercises and much, much more.
