Our Philosophy
We combine the best of traditional physiotherapy techniques-- manual therapy and individualized exercise programs-- with alternative options like acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy and spinal manipulation. We integrate competing parts of the body to work in harmony by developing therapy that fits your needs, your lifestyle, and your time constraints. Treatments are one on one in a private environment and all sessions include access to the Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation facility on the day of your appointment.
Keeping You In Motion

At Active Motion Physiotherapy, we don’t just treat the injury, we treat the whole person. Each new client to Active Motion Physiotherapy receives a comprehensive evaluation in private one-on-one treatment rooms.
Time will be taken to ensure all your concerns are recognized and incorporated into an individualized treatment plan that works for you, and your lifestyle.
