We thank everyone who has participated in our clinics during 2006-2007. Please note that our last clinic of the season was held on February 2. Our next clinic scheduled for March 2 has been cancelled. We will keep you posted if these clinics are offered again in 2007-2008.

Improve your climbing with exercises done on the foam roller to self-mobilize & self-massage soft tissue and strengthen your core. You will be shown exercises that will challenge your balance and co-ordination as well as shown how to use the foam roller as a stretching / massage tool.
